Part B: Reflection

 

The one that reflects how I learn the best would be the behaviourism because in order for me to understand and retain information I have to repeat more then once. Also while I do something more then once, it allow pushes me to really try and understand what I learned. Furthermore, I also try to teach it back to someone or something (a teddy bear) this also makes me rethink what I was learned and I have to keep repeating myself. I do this because I think that the person I am teaching it to doesn’t understand and I have to teach it to them in order for them to understand.

 

Three ways that technology could be used to help me learn this way would be having different games or web tools that call for me to remember what I learned and also to encourage me to repeat it back. For example, a spelling bee. The person says the word, than the other person has to spell in back and repeat the word. Another way would be to have clicker questions after every topic, this would allow for students to rethink about what they learned. Then at the end of the whole unit have another set of questions for the students to work through. Problem solving web tools would be a good one too.
